Radicom-I Features

Live Tracking
Real-time feedback from vehicles showing vehicle status in different colours and shapes, Driving, Idle, Engine Off, PTO Active Driving, PTO Active Stationary and Poor GPS Satellite Coverage.

Historical Tracking
Plays after a minimum data load, auto scales the map to suite the history track and has slow and fast playback. Can be controlled to play a few minutes in a day.

Reports
Summary, Daily, Detailed Daily, Custom, Power Take Off (PTO), and Combined PTO / Ignition reports available. Note sensor data is reported minute by minute on the detailed daily report.

GeoFence
Designate zones for entry, timed entry and exit alarms - useful for waypoint alerts, delivery arrivals, yard security and situational awareness of fleet activities.

Messaging
Three levels of in-cab terminal messaging: Simple limited text in and out; Complex text in and out; and touch sensitive screen. Support for a range of PDA's, bar code readers, in-cab printer and driver ID systems.

Low Cost
GPRS data packaging telematics allows a greater volume of data to be transferred back to base via an 'always-on' connection at a fraction of the price of GSM technology. Prices between low cost GPRS services will vary depending on your provider.-

Wireless Delivered Suite

Radicom-i | T@lecomA major part of the success of the Wireless Delivered (WD) suite of products from T@lecom over the past 2 years has been the unique nature of the Business Model.

Previous to T@lecom coming to market it was traditional for companies to pay on overage £250 per month per vehicle for a number of black boxes, visual display units and vehicle fittings to achieve an overall solution.

T@lecom combined all of these software and hardware solutions into PDA type devices to host all of these solutions in a single entity.

This has enabled the Wireless Delivered suite of products to come to market with a low cost monthly subscription business model.

For the basic monthly subscription companies receive:

  • XDA2 or similar device
  • Network Airtime tariff
  • Wireless Delivered Application built to the customers specification
  • Free integration to the customers existing back office system
  • Free Training to the end users
  • Free Training materials and manuals
  • Dedicated Project and Deployment Manager

In addition if companies want to add on further functionality like:

  • Bar Code scanning capability
  • RFID solutions
  • Credit Card authenticity

The LIVE Vehicle Status Map View is a simple map interface that easily allows for an 'at a glance' snap-shot of what your vehicles are up to.

As can be seen on the map interface here it is very easy to see what your vehicles are doing at any given time. Here we see a snap-shot of vehicles operating in southern England.

daily trip reports


Daily Trip Reports provide basic information on:
● start and stop locations
● travel time
● distance
● stop time

More detailed information is displayed in the 'Standard Detailed Report'.

Alternatively, the operator can set up their own custom report to tell them exactly what they need to know.
